In the words of Walt Disney: “To ALL who come to this happy place — Welcome!”

As I have mentioned before, I am meeting more and more Disney Fans online as I venture to get the word out on the book I'm writing.  Many of these fans have pretty cool things going on themselves.  One such person is Kathy Kelly, RN.  She has a podcast called Special Mouse which deals with the challenges faced by those who visit the park with special needs.  She has a son with autism and because of this, is one of those people who began to take an interest in gathering and sharing information on better ways to enjoy the Disney parks.

"It is my sincere hope that this podcast will be a source of both information and inspiration to those who live with and/or care for those with special needs. You deserve a vacation!  Here at Special Mouse we firmly believe that The Magic is for Everyone." - Kathy Kelly, RN, from specialmouse.com

Kathy is a registered nurse, and she and her family have mainly visited Walt Disney World, so she has a wealth of knowledge to help those with special needs visiting these parks.  But her subject matter is dedicated to all Disney Parks and also Disney Cruise Lines.

In fact, her podcast this week features information on disabled access to Disneyland and California Adventure in Anaheim with yours truly!  We had a good conversation about my upcoming book.  Listen to the podcast by going to the website and clicking on "Podcast".  It's that easy!  Say hi to Kathy in an email and if you have any questions, she will be happy to answer. And let her know you heard about her from me!
